If that turns out to have been 0:24:35.680 --> 0:24:40.760 created by Jesse Smollett and mailed by Jesse Smollett, is 0:24:40.800 --> 0:24:45.680 there a federal crime here that could ramp up as well. Yes, 0:24:45.840 --> 0:24:49.159 And that actually is what's being investigated. And you know 0:24:49.240 --> 0:24:51.760 that's what the President tweeted about the other day.
