Obviously, the most successful one the Forum Cell 0:06:23.337 --> 0:06:26.057 Palo took over in terms of a larger country was Venezuela. 0:06:26.617 --> 0:06:29.817 Hugo Chavez was a product of the Forum Cell Palo, 0:06:30.097 --> 0:06:32.297 so they sort of took the reins from the Soviets 0:06:32.857 --> 0:06:35.137 and they just kept on notching win after win. So the global playbook on how to obfuscate, 0:08:19.257 --> 0:08:25.377 steal elections and circumvent the natural information flow around elections, well, 0:08:25.417 --> 0:08:28.017 the Latin Americans have done it very heavy handedly. Shavas was elected initially in a honest Pleva site, 0:08:51.177 --> 0:08:53.657 but then they took control and it became very dishonest 0:08:53.697 --> 0:08:56.697 very quickly. While Brazil was the reducts of that and 0:08:56.817 --> 0:08:59.577 Argentina by virtue of the paper ballots that they've maintained, 0:08:59.697 --> 0:09:01.737 they couldn't even attempt to steal it because it was 0:09:01.777 --> 0:09:06.057 so overwhelming. Malay's popularity. Malay had a very interesting rise 0:09:06.577 --> 0:09:09.177 to prominence in politics. That in this moment, the anger sort of 0:12:58.297 --> 0:13:01.097 forged a crucible. October seventh I think had a lot 0:13:01.137 --> 0:13:03.377 to do with it. This also woke people up to 0:13:03.417 --> 0:13:06.297 the dangers of everything Geared had been saying for twenty years, 0:13:06.617 --> 0:13:09.017 and so he basically has the ability. Now they haven't 0:13:09.057 --> 0:13:11.977 formed a government yet, he's not PM yet, Prime ministry 0:13:12.017 --> 0:13:14.297 yet he maybe he may not be. It could be 0:13:14.337 --> 0:13:16.737 like the Swedish Deems in their victory last year, where 0:13:16.737 --> 0:13:19.297 they're basically king makers and they allow the other righty 0:13:19.337 --> 0:13:21.897 parties to coalition, but with their vote being integral to 0:13:21.937 --> 0:13:25.017 that government standing. That could be the same situation here 0:13:25.017 --> 0:13:26.817 in Holland. We'll know in the next thirty to sixty 0:13:26.857 --> 0:13:31.177 days as the horse trading of parliamentary politics continues behind 0:13:31.177 --> 0:13:33.417 the scenes. But this was a sea change.
