So I want to make this clear. Yes, 0:05:03.120 --> 0:05:06.840 it is true that the stuff that everyone's pointing out 0:05:06.880 --> 0:05:10.839 that's contained in the spending bill is not technically part 0:05:11.000 --> 0:05:16.760 of the COVID bailout portion of this. But it's also 0:05:16.839 --> 0:05:19.240 true that they waited to do all of this together, 0:05:20.160 --> 0:05:23.839 and that just makes it more difficult for us to 0:05:23.839 --> 0:05:26.039 hold anyone accountable.
