Agent Forney was also able to narrow down 0:09:10.920 --> 0:09:15.000 Wagner's location when he used his phone. When I conducted 0:09:15.000 --> 0:09:19.800 the analysis first of just his common towers. These were 0:09:19.880 --> 0:09:23.320 the most common towers in Billy's records, the two that 0:09:23.400 --> 0:09:26.280 serviced the area of the Flying W and the one 0:09:26.320 --> 0:09:29.640 that services the area of Peterson Road. The Flying W 0:09:29.960 --> 0:09:34.040 was where Billy Wagner's parents lived. Billy spent most nights there. 0:09:34.520 --> 0:09:37.880 The Peterson Road address was where Angela Jake and George 0:09:37.880 --> 0:09:42.040 Wagner lived. Prosecutor Krnapa asks about the location of Billy's 0:09:42.040 --> 0:09:44.360 cell phone the day of the murders and the day after. 0:09:45.040 --> 0:09:47.559 She also asked if there was a change in Billy's 0:09:47.600 --> 0:09:51.840 habits on those days. This 0:10:15.720 --> 0:10:20.480 is April twenty sixteen's calendar of Billy's last serving cellsite 0:10:20.480 --> 0:10:24.440 and first serving cell site. Okay, and specifically you have 0:10:24.600 --> 0:10:28.840 the last cell site, which is the services the Peterson 0:10:28.920 --> 0:10:32.040 Road address, correct, Yes, at eleven o four pm. And 0:10:32.080 --> 0:10:37.080 then the first phone utilization the following morning also still 0:10:37.080 --> 0:10:40.600 located at Peterson Road. Correct. And why was that significant? 0:10:40.640 --> 0:10:43.360 I guess that on April twenty first the device was 0:10:43.360 --> 0:10:45.160 at Peterson Road when typically it would be at the 0:10:45.200 --> 0:10:49.120 flyin w There were just comments made to the investigative 0:10:49.120 --> 0:10:53.480 team about the family was all together that night, and 0:10:53.840 --> 0:10:56.280 we didn't know if that was common for them to 0:10:56.320 --> 0:11:02.320 all be together at Peterson Road. And the other thing they were 0:11:24.600 --> 0:11:28.040 able to show is that leading up to the murders 0:11:28.080 --> 0:11:32.080 that Billy up until then, his phone at night when 0:11:32.080 --> 0:11:33.680 he would go to bed was at the Flying w 0:11:34.200 --> 0:11:36.360 after the murders for at least a month and a half, 0:11:37.400 --> 0:11:40.400 except for the times they went to Alaska, it was 0:11:40.440 --> 0:11:43.960 at Peterson Road. So that was a major alteration in 0:11:44.000 --> 0:11:51.479 his behavior. On the day after the murders. Here's Stephanie 0:11:51.600 --> 0:11:54.920 and Jeff. It kind of becomes this map, and 0:12:33.559 --> 0:12:38.320 in many cases that's extremely meaningful. I will say, in 0:12:38.360 --> 0:12:41.080 this case, again we're not seeing too too much yet 0:12:41.120 --> 0:12:44.520 about George, but it is certainly interesting to see where 0:12:44.559 --> 0:12:47.160 everybody else was in who they had been calling.
