And at this particular time, every 0:15:45.720 --> 0:15:48.680 time that one of my main staff members would reach 0:15:48.720 --> 0:15:51.960 out to me, it was typically with bad news. Now, 0:15:52.600 --> 0:15:59.600 bad news creates bad beliefs if you're exposed to it 0:15:59.640 --> 0:16:02.880 over again.
