The latest, unfortunately, I did 0:06:15.680 --> 0:06:20.360 report in June about this particular agent, Marquez Pinder. He 0:06:20.480 --> 0:06:23.880 was arrested in charge Sunday with five felony counts and 0:06:23.920 --> 0:06:28.120 then a near fatal fraternity hazing incident that occurred this spring. 0:06:28.960 --> 0:06:31.200 I've been reporting on this, trying to get information. It 0:06:31.480 --> 0:06:35.280 all came to a head yesterday. New York Times broke 0:06:35.320 --> 0:06:37.640 the story on Sunday night. I knew about it. He got a DWI the 0:12:17.240 --> 0:12:19.719 morning of July fifth, so maybe it was for the 0:12:19.800 --> 0:12:26.160 July related when he was driving impaired. Then he assaulted 0:12:26.240 --> 0:12:29.240 a law enforcement officer and he was accused of sexual 0:12:29.240 --> 0:12:33.359 battery in Virginia. Since Barne, the sexually battery was dismissed. 0:12:33.400 --> 0:12:37.640 But yeah, there is a law enforcement officer resisting her 0:12:38.120 --> 0:12:41.760 arrest and assaulting another law enforcement officer when he was 0:12:41.840 --> 0:12:44.080 charged with a DWI when he was on his ATV 0:12:44.920 --> 0:12:50.360 and at an accident.
