And you know, this has 0:03:51.120 --> 0:03:53.240 kind of been memory hole, this has kind of been 0:03:53.480 --> 0:03:57.760 wiped out of the memory of America. But everybody left 0:03:57.960 --> 0:04:02.280 or right was absolutely horrified at this video. That was 0:04:02.440 --> 0:04:05.800 never under question. I think that a lot of people 0:04:05.800 --> 0:04:09.120 on the left wanted to pretend that there was any 0:04:09.160 --> 0:04:13.280 conservative with any platform, mainstream or otherwise, that was at 0:04:13.320 --> 0:04:18.720 all defending Derek Chauvin's actions in this case, and that 0:04:18.839 --> 0:04:21.120 never happened. So first of all, let's just start there. 0:04:21.520 --> 0:04:24.960 The video was horrifying, and for me, it's quite obvious 0:04:24.960 --> 0:04:27.719 that there was something very wrong here with this officer's behavior, 0:04:28.000 --> 0:04:31.560 not only the violence of it, but the callousness with 0:04:31.680 --> 0:04:34.080 which he looked at the people that were screaming for 0:04:34.160 --> 0:04:36.440 him to stop all of this other stuff. This is 0:04:36.560 --> 0:04:40.839 very disturbing. I've never discounted that, and the vast majority 0:04:40.839 --> 0:04:44.120 of conservatives have never discounted that. So there's this idea 0:04:44.160 --> 0:04:47.080 that this was somehow a left right thing. So there 0:04:47.120 --> 0:04:51.359 were conservatives that were championing this, and there were leftists 0:04:51.720 --> 0:04:53.880 or people on the left that we're saying this is wrong. 0:04:53.920 --> 0:04:56.600 So that is false, first of all. And so now 0:04:56.640 --> 0:05:00.520 the question is now that the verd just come in 0:05:00.520 --> 0:05:03.039 and this man has been found guilty of all charges, 0:05:03.080 --> 0:05:05.480 guilty of murder of three charges. I think that he 0:05:06.320 --> 0:05:09.839 has faces up to forty years in prison or something 0:05:09.839 --> 0:05:13.120 like that. So the question is, now, did this man 0:05:13.200 --> 0:05:16.360 get a fair trial? And I believe that that is 0:05:16.400 --> 0:05:19.920 a fair question to ask. I really do. When we're 0:05:19.920 --> 0:05:22.080 talking about our criminal justice system, when we're talking about 0:05:22.520 --> 0:05:26.560 the idea that everyone deserves a fair trial, the question 0:05:26.800 --> 0:05:29.359 is did this man get a fair trial? That's a 0:05:29.360 --> 0:05:32.359 fair question to ask. And the reason people are asking 0:05:32.400 --> 0:05:36.560 this question is because never before have we seen so 0:05:36.640 --> 0:05:43.320 much intervention from outside sources, from outside people that could 0:05:43.440 --> 0:05:46.479 influence the way a jury sees a case, or could 0:05:46.520 --> 0:05:52.320 influence this verdict. Now, one of the craziest interventions right 0:05:52.320 --> 0:05:57.880 here was from Maxine Waters. And everybody knows Maxine Waters literally, 0:05:57.960 --> 0:06:01.640 So first of all, Maxine Waters, the you know, has 0:06:01.640 --> 0:06:03.479 been in Congress for thirty years. It is an absolutely 0:06:03.520 --> 0:06:05.280 nothing for her district. She lives in a six million 0:06:05.279 --> 0:06:08.039 dollars home outside of her district, which is in California. 0:06:08.120 --> 0:06:10.719 So she flew all the way across the country to 0:06:10.839 --> 0:06:13.040 insert herself right in the middle of this moment and 0:06:13.120 --> 0:06:16.000 to tell people that were protesting, this was before the verdict, 0:06:16.640 --> 0:06:19.360 that we need to get more confrontational because we want 0:06:19.360 --> 0:06:23.520 a guilty verdict. In fact, her behavior and sort of 0:06:23.520 --> 0:06:27.000 inserting herself into this national conversation was so egregious that 0:06:27.080 --> 0:06:30.200 even the judge in the case said that this may be, 0:06:30.560 --> 0:06:33.520 you know, grounds for an overturn on appeal. This is 0:06:33.560 --> 0:06:35.880 the judge that said this, and he said over and 0:06:35.920 --> 0:06:38.800 over and over again that he wishes that political figures 0:06:38.800 --> 0:06:40.400 would have stayed out of this case, but they did 0:06:40.400 --> 0:06:43.880 not stay out of it. So so Maxine Waters intervened 0:06:43.920 --> 0:06:46.160 in this and this is what she said. And basically 0:06:46.600 --> 0:06:50.120 there was the threat of more violence and more looting 0:06:50.480 --> 0:06:53.440 if this trial did not come out the way that 0:06:53.560 --> 0:06:56.080 the BLM mob wanted it to come out. If this 0:06:56.120 --> 0:06:59.560 man was not found guilty of all three counts, then 0:06:59.720 --> 0:07:01.919 there is going to be more violence or looting. I 0:07:02.080 --> 0:07:04.920 know it, I know it, you know it. Everybody knew it. 0:07:05.200 --> 0:07:08.039 This is why Minneapolis was boarded up, this is why 0:07:08.080 --> 0:07:10.760 they were they were they were stealing themselves for this 0:07:10.880 --> 0:07:13.720 verdict in case it did not come back guilty. And so there 0:08:56.520 --> 0:08:59.440 there was this, There was Joe Biden literally saying as 0:08:59.480 --> 0:09:02.599 the jurors were deliberating that he was praying for the 0:09:02.679 --> 0:09:06.320 quote unquote right verdict. Right, So this stuff matters. We 0:09:06.400 --> 0:09:09.839 have an MPR article that was literally titled what we 0:09:09.920 --> 0:09:13.480 know about the jurors in the Chauvin case. These people 0:09:13.520 --> 0:09:16.040 that were on this jury had to have been terrified 0:09:16.120 --> 0:09:19.840 for their lives. They had to have been terrified as 0:09:19.880 --> 0:09:23.640 to what would happen to them. And this is regardless white, black, Otherwise, 0:09:23.920 --> 0:09:26.160 they had to have been terrified as to what would 0:09:26.200 --> 0:09:29.360 happen to them if they, in their minds, thought that 0:09:30.080 --> 0:09:32.679 Chauvin was not guilty of murder, that he was guilty 0:09:32.679 --> 0:09:37.319 of manslaughter or something else. I hope that these jurors, who, 0:09:43.440 --> 0:09:46.559 by the way, were not sequestered in this case. He could have been 0:10:25.520 --> 0:10:28.199 properly convicted, but he did not get a fair trial, 0:10:28.280 --> 0:10:31.280 as everyone from rioters to a member of Congress to 0:10:31.320 --> 0:10:34.320 the President of the United States tampered with. The outcome 0:10:34.600 --> 0:10:39.720 today is one of national disgrace, a true insurrection. And 0:10:39.920 --> 0:10:43.400 I do not think that Cernovich is wrong. And so 0:10:43.480 --> 0:10:47.079 now that we've gotten this guilty verdict and the Derek 0:10:47.160 --> 0:10:49.680 Chauvin case, this man has been found guilty of murdering 0:10:50.200 --> 0:10:53.920 George Floyd. You would think that a lot of the 0:10:53.960 --> 0:10:56.480 people whose voices were so strong about this, we have 0:10:56.640 --> 0:10:58.320 to get this man convicted. We have to get this 0:10:58.360 --> 0:11:00.640 man convicted. You would think that that they would be 0:11:00.679 --> 0:11:03.120 satisfied with this because they got what they wanted. You 0:11:03.120 --> 0:11:07.240 would think that they would be satisfied with this verdict. 0:11:07.280 --> 0:11:11.199 But no, they are not. I don't want riots to 0:13:01.880 --> 0:13:05.160 be happening. I don't want all of this stuff that 0:13:05.200 --> 0:13:08.719 we know happens when these situations come to America. This is a bipartisan conversation.
