It's in protest, a protest started by 0:10:55.200 --> 0:10:59.240 the Sunni Muslim population against what was secretly scheduled to 0:10:59.240 --> 0:11:03.720 happen the next day, a forced tuberculosis testing Warden Arthur 0:11:03.720 --> 0:11:06.560 Tate had planned a lockdown the prison on Monday for 0:11:06.679 --> 0:11:10.199 three days to force test any prisoner who had previously 0:11:10.240 --> 0:11:13.920 objected to it. The Sunni Muslim prisoners had refused the 0:11:13.960 --> 0:11:18.040 test because the injection contains phenol, which they believe to 0:11:18.080 --> 0:11:21.080 be a form of alcohol, and they say being made 0:11:21.080 --> 0:11:24.599 to ingest alcohol is a violation of their religious freedoms. 0:11:25.280 --> 0:11:28.520 Here's Arthur Tate, We're going to have a team of 0:11:28.559 --> 0:11:32.240 people essentially put you on a gurney.
