Three times 0:12:27.160 --> 0:12:29.200 has gone to the Supreme Court, and three times the 0:12:29.240 --> 0:12:33.120 Supreme Court has said no, this is this qualifies under 0:12:33.200 --> 0:12:36.120 freedom of speech because they print out the code and 0:12:36.200 --> 0:12:39.240 codes ones and zeros and its speech. Three times the 0:12:39.240 --> 0:12:41.800 Supreme Court has said no, this qualifies under freedom of speech. 0:12:42.000 --> 0:12:46.360 And yet here they are again attacking it when it's 0:12:46.360 --> 0:12:48.720 already been protected freedom of speech. But this is from 0:12:48.760 --> 0:12:51.440 another angle. And of course it's bad because criminals use 0:12:51.480 --> 0:12:56.000 it and terrorists could use it, and everybody agrees.
