It has to be asked. Idaho averages just over one third of what 0:06:34.680 --> 0:06:38.240 New York spends year over year. And while the political 0:06:38.360 --> 0:06:40.599 narrative is more funding if you put in through the 0:06:40.680 --> 0:06:43.680 K through twelve system is you're going to have more money, 0:06:43.720 --> 0:06:48.440 better scores.
