He was blaming Republicans for the mass shootings. 0:09:49.000 --> 0:09:52.600 He was blaming Ted Cruz specifically for ducking responsibility. He's complicity. 0:09:52.600 --> 0:09:54.640 He said, Ted Cruise is complicit in all these shootings. 0:09:54.760 --> 0:09:57.760 And he said eight children are day, are lost every 0:09:57.840 --> 0:10:00.800 day from guns that are stored unsafely. People like, oh wow, thirty three percent.
