So on the claim that 0:13:08.400 --> 0:13:11.600 he had an illegal gun, we know that claim is 0:13:11.600 --> 0:13:15.200 false because I mentioned a minute ago he had six charges. 0:13:15.840 --> 0:13:19.679 One of the charges that was brought against him was 0:13:19.840 --> 0:13:23.400 that he was carrying a gun illegally. That charge was 0:13:23.440 --> 0:13:25.600 dismissed by the trial court as a matter of law. 0:13:25.640 --> 0:13:29.040 The court ruled that it was wrong that it was 0:13:29.240 --> 0:13:31.760 legal for him to possess the firearm he had, So 0:13:31.840 --> 0:13:35.280 that claim is false. He pleaded 0:14:08.520 --> 0:14:13.160 guilty to two counts of molesting teenage boys. At the 0:14:13.240 --> 0:14:15.240 time he was charged, it was alleged that he had 0:14:15.400 --> 0:14:19.760 molested five different teenage boys, and he pleaded guilty and 0:14:19.760 --> 0:14:23.400 served fifteen years for it. So you were talking a serious, 0:14:23.640 --> 0:14:35.440 violent criminal and child molester. Rosenbaum saw Rittenhouse angrily pursued 0:14:35.600 --> 0:14:39.120 ritten House screamed at him that he was going to 0:14:39.240 --> 0:14:48.320 kill Rittenhouse, chased Rittenhouse and tried to physically grab his gun. Now, 0:14:48.560 --> 0:14:54.359 Kyle Rittenhouse is running away at the time. He's facing 0:14:54.640 --> 0:15:01.800 a large, angry, violent felon who is screaming death threats 0:15:01.840 --> 0:15:05.720 at him and trying to physically take his gun.
