In ten years after 0:08:47.721 --> 0:08:49.961 the fifteenth she reached out to her father and they 0:08:50.001 --> 0:08:55.320 started texting. Then they began texting hundreds of times. Charity admitted that to 0:09:43.001 --> 0:09:45.560 get her out of legal trouble involving the incident where 0:09:45.601 --> 0:09:48.521 she pulled the gun on Randall, that Randall had paid 0:09:48.561 --> 0:09:52.280 lawyers eighty thousand dollars over a period of two years, 0:09:52.841 --> 0:09:55.680 and at some point after the case was expunged from 0:09:55.681 --> 0:09:59.881 the record, Randall and Charity reconciled. According to police reports, Sonia stated that she 0:10:49.881 --> 0:10:53.280 had had John in their physical and legal guardianship for 0:10:53.321 --> 0:10:56.121 almost two and a half years, so that would match 0:10:56.161 --> 0:11:00.801 the twenty thirteen timeline. Sonya stated in June of twenty fifteen, 0:11:01.321 --> 0:11:04.521 the court had dissolved that guardianship. John went back to 0:11:04.561 --> 0:11:06.681 live with his mother, Charity and her husband Randall. 0:11:07.201 --> 0:11:08.721 Sonya also said she. 0:11:08.961 --> 0:11:11.441 And Randy had cared for John Powell on and off 0:11:11.481 --> 0:11:15.801 for his entire lifetime. Every week you would 0:15:51.961 --> 0:15:54.921 go and do a facial, you would do fillers end quote. 0:15:55.801 --> 0:15:58.361 I want to note here the reason Randall speaking directly 0:15:58.401 --> 0:16:02.761 to Charity is because she was representing herself in court. 0:16:03.361 --> 0:16:07.081 He had an attorney, Michael Pierce, but Charity was questioning 0:16:07.161 --> 0:16:11.561 Randal directly. Charity claimed that all of their bank accounts 0:16:11.601 --> 0:16:15.441 were inexplicably empty and that Randall had not shown her 0:16:15.481 --> 0:16:19.681 any tax information in twenty twenty four.
