Which is why this bond requirement 0:07:51.440 --> 0:07:54.720 is so important, because the basic idea is to deter 0:07:54.920 --> 0:07:58.080 frivolous litigation. You won't bring those cases if you know 0:07:58.160 --> 0:08:01.160 you could lose all that money ter on when your 0:08:01.640 --> 0:08:04.360 preliminary junction gets overturned on appeal, even if you have 0:08:04.400 --> 0:08:08.720 a sympathetic judge down below, and that winds up deterring 0:08:08.720 --> 0:08:11.840 this frivolous litigation and preventing these types of things from 0:08:11.840 --> 0:08:14.720 even starting, you know, to begin with, it's. 0:08:14.400 --> 0:08:17.560 Almost the version of loser pays. You bring a lawsuit, 0:08:17.640 --> 0:08:20.440 you lose, then you should pay the attorney's fees for 0:08:20.640 --> 0:08:24.480 the people that were involved. I think that would result 0:08:24.600 --> 0:08:29.360 in far less litigation, far fewer lawsuits.
