We already 0:08:55.400 --> 0:08:57.599 see that playing out in New York, right, and the 0:08:57.720 --> 0:09:03.480 mean in DC wherever they're using everybody to profile black people, 0:09:03.800 --> 0:09:06.120 especially black youth. And that's what's going to come to 0:09:06.200 --> 0:09:09.360 Chicago and to black folks wherever you are across this 0:09:09.480 --> 0:09:11.560 country if this is allowed to stand. 0:09:12.720 --> 0:09:15.280 So on this, let's get to kavanav for just a moment, 0:09:15.360 --> 0:09:19.440 because Judge from pong I Hope I'm pronouncing her last name, right, 0:09:19.840 --> 0:09:24.079 who made this initial ruling from the Central District of California, 0:09:24.120 --> 0:09:31.400 again a Biden appointee, said that reasonable suspicion cannot rest 0:09:31.440 --> 0:09:35.760 solely on any combination of four factors apparent race or ethnicity, 0:09:36.960 --> 0:09:40.320 speaking in Spanish or accented English, being present at a 0:09:40.360 --> 0:09:46.640 location where undocumented immigrants are quote known together, and working 0:09:46.679 --> 0:09:49.760 at specific jobs such as landscaping or construction. So she 0:09:49.920 --> 0:09:55.680 basically outlawed with her ruling racial profiling, right or immigrant 0:09:55.679 --> 0:10:00.800 immigrant profiling, maybe not immigrant profile, racial profile. And let's 0:10:00.800 --> 0:10:02.400 call it what it is because some of these people 0:10:02.400 --> 0:10:04.240 that speak with these things, that are in these places 0:10:04.240 --> 0:10:10.560 are not undocumented people. He did bring up 0:13:01.480 --> 0:13:07.280 standing in this concurrence, and he said that the challengers 0:13:07.440 --> 0:13:10.920 likely lack a legal right to suit known as standing, 0:13:11.000 --> 0:13:13.480 because although they may have been stopped in the past, 0:13:13.720 --> 0:13:17.880 they have no good basis to believe that law enforcement 0:13:17.920 --> 0:13:21.760 will unlawfully stop them in future in the future based 0:13:21.760 --> 0:13:26.280 on the prohibited factors. Now, y'all, the reason why I'm 0:13:26.280 --> 0:13:31.200 bringing this up is because I do think that historically 0:13:31.960 --> 0:13:35.400 we have been able to say we're gonna come at 0:13:35.400 --> 0:13:39.920 this proactively and given that this type of person wouldn't 0:13:39.960 --> 0:13:42.040 fit the mold, even based on what they've laid out 0:13:42.080 --> 0:13:44.360 as reasons for racial profiling like they would fit the 0:13:44.400 --> 0:13:49.600 mold because there's not an existing harm.
