So George Soros and this group is putting 0:12:22.880 --> 0:12:26.160 all this information, they put together what's called a disinformation index, 0:12:26.800 --> 0:12:34.680 specifically to blacklist the opposing voice. The National Endowment for Democracy, 0:12:34.720 --> 0:12:37.520 a private foundation created by Congress, whose funding is part 0:12:37.559 --> 0:12:39.640 of the State Department budget, said it will no longer 0:12:39.679 --> 0:12:43.960 provide grants to the Global Disinformation Index.
