Roland Friar Junior now 0:03:49.057 --> 0:03:53.057 Roland Fryar Junior, just so you know, is the youngest 0:03:53.937 --> 0:03:58.657 black professor to ever get tenure at Harvard University. He 0:03:58.697 --> 0:04:03.457 grew up in very difficult, impoverished circumstances, worked incredibly hard 0:04:03.497 --> 0:04:09.017 in school, became a really excellent academic, and made his 0:04:09.097 --> 0:04:11.937 way to Harvard where he became a tenured professor, the 0:04:12.017 --> 0:04:15.057 youngest professor. And let me tell you one thing about 0:04:15.137 --> 0:04:17.777 him is he knows the numbers.
