And he says it's because we need equitable 0:08:04.177 --> 0:08:08.457 access to food because of food deserts, and he talks 0:08:08.497 --> 0:08:14.817 about underserved communities. A third said residents must 0:08:39.857 --> 0:08:43.857 respect community businesses if they want their services.
