I think it's vital to 0:14:10.360 --> 0:14:16.040 ask again, what do you do when you see Jesus? 0:14:16.160 --> 0:14:17.800 Let me ask you something. When's the last time you 0:14:17.800 --> 0:14:22.720 fell at his feet? I think it's interesting because it 0:14:22.760 --> 0:14:26.000 says he came to Jesus and fell at his tea 0:14:26.200 --> 0:14:31.000 seven times. In this twenty one scripture passage seven times, 0:14:31.000 --> 0:14:33.920 it says he came and went. There was a journey, 0:14:34.600 --> 0:14:37.760 he came and went. There was a journey, he came 0:14:37.800 --> 0:14:42.200 and went. There was this there was this rhythm almost 0:14:42.640 --> 0:14:48.600 coming and going. He came to Jesus and he fell 0:14:49.080 --> 0:14:51.920 at his feet. And I think, I want to I 0:14:51.960 --> 0:14:53.600 want to sit on this for a little bit because 0:14:53.600 --> 0:14:56.360 I think we can look at this and go, Yeah, 0:14:56.400 --> 0:14:58.360 he came, he fell at his feet. But what's interesting 0:14:58.480 --> 0:15:01.520 is later with the sick woman, and she comes and 0:15:01.560 --> 0:15:06.720 falls at his feet. I thought, okay, so both of 0:15:06.760 --> 0:15:10.880 them come and fall at the feet of Jesus. 0:15:10.920 --> 0:15:11.880 What are they doing? What are they doing? 0:15:11.880 --> 0:15:13.640 What do they do? What do they doing? That they're 0:15:13.680 --> 0:15:18.680 they're earnestly seeking after him, they're pleading their begging, right, 0:15:19.240 --> 0:15:22.160 Because what you gotta understand about Gyrus is Gyrus has 0:15:22.160 --> 0:15:25.880 a history with God. He's a synagogue leader, so he knows, right, 0:15:26.440 --> 0:15:29.760 and he's aware of Jesus, right, and so he knows 0:15:29.840 --> 0:15:32.880 and he understands some of these some of these customs. 0:15:33.040 --> 0:15:35.080 But but, but what we've got to understand is that 0:15:35.160 --> 0:15:39.840 Gyros more than likely has some sort of rhythm established. Right, 0:15:39.920 --> 0:15:43.520 So when he comes to Jesus, more than likely he 0:15:43.520 --> 0:15:49.800 had already been in some private rooms with God. And 0:15:49.840 --> 0:15:52.920 he begins to plead with Jesus. And I think it's interesting, 0:15:52.960 --> 0:15:57.920 he says, he falls at his feet. So let me 0:15:57.960 --> 0:16:05.600 ask you again, how are you coming to Jesus. There 0:16:05.720 --> 0:16:11.120 is a humility presented when you fall at the feet 0:16:11.960 --> 0:16:18.040 of Jesus. There's a humility that is presented.
