And so at 0:11:39.360 --> 0:11:40.720 the end of the day, most of us when it 0:11:40.720 --> 0:11:43.160 comes to our mortgages where it's costing us more to 0:11:43.240 --> 0:11:45.400 own housing. They prove that because black people more to 0:11:45.440 --> 0:11:49.359 own housing, right, you know, we don't have enough ownership 0:11:49.440 --> 0:11:51.280 to have the capital gains tax to be able to 0:11:51.320 --> 0:11:53.360 be you know, for the subsidies that will come from 0:11:53.360 --> 0:11:58.280 the federal government for opportunities.
