And it starts with lying on 0:09:24.679 --> 0:09:29.320 arrest reports, on applications for warrants, even in front of 0:09:29.400 --> 0:09:33.760 judges and juries. He says, if he didn't have probable cause, 0:09:34.200 --> 0:09:37.840 meaning a legal reason to stop somebody, it didn't matter. 0:09:38.559 --> 0:09:41.600 I was taught to get to God by all means. 0:09:41.880 --> 0:09:44.240 And this is the saying we state.
