A white teenager was indicted 0:04:58.080 --> 0:05:01.000 on an attempted murder charge in massach Sits after he 0:05:01.040 --> 0:05:03.520 was accused of calling a black child a racial slur 0:05:04.240 --> 0:05:07.279 and repeatedly dunking him underwater as the child said he 0:05:07.320 --> 0:05:09.360 did not know how to swim. The fourteen year old 0:05:09.400 --> 0:05:13.040 suspect is accused of taunting the victim on July nineteenth 0:05:13.040 --> 0:05:16.680 at Goose Pond in shape him. I believe that's how 0:05:16.680 --> 0:05:20.080 I say that, Court documents said another juvenile, also white, 0:05:20.160 --> 0:05:24.200 laughed and called the victim George Floyd, referring to the 0:05:24.240 --> 0:05:27.640 black man who died in Minneapolis police custody in twenty twenty. 0:05:27.680 --> 0:05:32.880 According to the documents, the implication being the kid was 0:05:32.880 --> 0:05:34.800 saying I can't breathe, and then you know, they were 0:05:34.839 --> 0:05:35.359 making fun of. 0:05:35.360 --> 0:05:37.880 What I'm saying. The kid says water went into my 0:13:59.720 --> 0:14:02.000 mouth and my nose and I could not breathe, the 0:14:02.080 --> 0:14:04.200 victims said in a written statement to police. So I 0:14:04.240 --> 0:14:06.600 shouted out that I can't breathe over and over and 0:14:06.640 --> 0:14:08.360 tried to get his hands off me. The victim also 0:14:08.400 --> 0:14:11.560 said that as the teen and the other person continue 0:14:11.600 --> 0:14:13.600 to pull him under water, he started to feel lightheaded 0:14:13.600 --> 0:14:16.560 and almost vomited, according to his written statement and a 0:14:16.640 --> 0:14:20.400 police narrative, after he began to feel exhausted, he shouted, 0:14:20.720 --> 0:14:26.720 he shouted for help. So again, kids are drowning, this 0:14:26.800 --> 0:14:30.440 guy calling him George Floyd, calling him racial slurs. On August fourteen, Philadelphia police told the 0:21:49.480 --> 0:21:51.679 media that the incident began with officers pulled over a 0:21:51.680 --> 0:21:54.960 car that was driving erradically. Then as officers approached the car, 0:21:55.240 --> 0:21:57.240 Irizari stepped out of the car with a knife and 0:21:57.280 --> 0:21:59.640 the officers gave multiple commands from the drop, but Irizari 0:21:59.760 --> 0:22:03.360 lunch death the officers prompting the shooting. On August fifteenth, 0:22:03.480 --> 0:22:07.080 Philadelphia police changed their story, stating that Irazari was actually 0:22:07.160 --> 0:22:10.240 in the car when he was shot Philadelphia. Philadelphia Police 0:22:10.240 --> 0:22:15.600 Commissioner Danielle Outlaw stated that officers body worn camera footage 0:22:15.960 --> 0:22:19.560 made it very clear that what was initially reported, what 0:22:19.680 --> 0:22:23.760 was not, what actually happened.
