I mean you got the summer days suck, they're hard, so you got to get through something. You got enjoy the summer night. What'd y'all do? 00:02:10 Speaker 4: So the family came over, his parents, his brother and. 00:02:14 Speaker 2: His wife, and his sister's kids, but not a sister because his sister is working. Actually his sister's on vacation, and so they are the kids are playing. It was just like nice. We had the back doors open, the kids are playing, We had the pizza oven going and That's what it was. It was like the summer nights with no jackets, and that's what I'm appreciating. The weather were no bugs. 00:02:34 Speaker 3: I'm no bugs and you get your doors open, no bugs playing. 00:02:37 Speaker 2: We're not experiencing bugs right now. Knock on wood in Studio City, so I'm. 00:02:43 Speaker 3: Just just in Studio City. The bugs hit the force Field on their way from. 00:02:47 Speaker 2: Well though, Michael did buy these weird bug things that I was like making funners. 00:02:52 Speaker 4: Well, they're not zappers. 00:02:54 Speaker 5: They send out an odor, they. 00:02:56 Speaker 2: Yes some sort of sound. And then when he bought them, I was like making fun of him. But you're supposed to put him on the perimeter of your lot, and that's what he did. And so far we have been great. 00:03:08 Speaker 3: No bugs, you spring poison into the air of the neighborhood. No what y'all have for food? The pizza. 00:03:16 Speaker 4: The pizza. 00:03:17 Speaker 2: So they made different types of pizza with like prostuto, mushroom, different types of pasta. 00:03:21 Speaker 4: Are I ate it different times? He did his cold pasta again. They ate it though him. 00:03:27 Speaker 3: You told me listens to show you're already talking about care. 00:03:30 Speaker 4: I didn't have it, though, but his family ate it. They liked it. Maybe maybe it's a be a clear thing. I don't know. 00:03:35 Speaker 3: Maybe you know that my I got my dad the same pizza oven that I got you guys, and my dad keeps burning the crust. Have you guys mastered the crust like it's so hot? He likes it, but he almost burns it. 00:03:48 Speaker 2: You have to keep rotating fast. Yes, and yes, a few pizzas were burnt on the crust. 00:03:53 Speaker 4: I mean it is what it is. 00:03:55 Speaker 3: All right, Well, that sounds weird. I'm glad. We let's lift through our summer nights vicariously like that. 00:04:01 Speaker 5: Yeah, all right? 00:04:04 Speaker 3: And then, Tiny, I do want to talk about the video you sent us yesterday. 00:04:07 Speaker 5: That's so cute. 00:04:11 Speaker 3: It's like it's a lot of work, isn't it? Ciciny, it's a lot of work. 00:04:16 Speaker 2: I celebrate bird so much work writing that poem. It took me probably an hour, right. 00:04:23 Speaker 3: And then did you see what I swear? It took me so easy? 00:04:29 Speaker 4: And it was like, how long did it? 00:04:31 Speaker 2: It was twenty seconds to execute it. 00:04:33 Speaker 3: It's not that long of a poem. They were not freestylist, Marcia. 00:04:38 Speaker 4: She shows us this video that Robbie did, and he was. 00:04:40 Speaker 3: Like forty the guy pasted up thirty something quotes I don't know how many up there quotes of why he loves Tanya on the wall for her birthday night. I mean, I either I either really suck or I'm really clever, because I never have done that. 00:05:00 Speaker 2: I like, you don't you don't want to like, uh, I can't say that. 00:05:04 Speaker 4: That sounds bad. 00:05:05 Speaker 6: Like you don't want to. 00:05:06 Speaker 2: Like show like too much love because then you're gonna always have the one up yourself every year. 00:05:10 Speaker 3: No, Or you don't want to show so much stuff that makes the other person feel like they got to do something like that to get up with It's so you're actually doing them, You're doing them a service by not doing what this guy does. 00:05:22 Speaker 4: Like for me, I was feel like I have to do that for him that time. 00:05:27 Speaker 5: Well, the thing is, I think it's also dependent on your love language, you know what I mean. Like that means a lot to me. I love to me. 00:05:34 Speaker 3: That's an active hair quotes on the stairwell, Well, that's. 00:05:37 Speaker 5: An active service. It's taking the time to like think about those things and write them on a piece of paper and like that's what want you. 00:05:43 Speaker 3: When he taped up thirty something quotes on the wall. 00:05:46 Speaker 5: I was asleep, so he did it after I fell asleep. 00:05:49 Speaker 3: And you didn't hear him get up, No, and then you woke up to that. 00:05:54 Speaker 5: So I woke up to a poem in the bathroom. 00:05:56 Speaker 4: There was another. 00:05:59 Speaker 2: Like Shakespearean player, you guys in, I think he did chatchy. 00:06:03 Speaker 4: Bet had to have no, no, no, How could you quote. 00:06:07 Speaker 3: With thirty six quotes of why I love you? 00:06:10 Speaker 4: It's impossible quotes, It's like possible. 00:06:13 Speaker 5: Some of them are like love quotes, and then some of them are just like I love the way that you believe in me, or I love that we dance whenever there's live music, or. 00:06:22 Speaker 4: Those are like the last ones. He's like, I love the. 00:06:24 Speaker 3: Way you're believe me. I love the way I loved you in quote number two. All right, we'll come back to that in a second. Or whenever I've had two cups of coffee. Oh have you had any, Tanya? 00:06:39 Speaker 5: Yep, but I just have one. 00:06:42 Speaker 3: Okay, don't judge me. 00:06:45 Speaker 5: I'm not judging anymore. I'm not. 00:06:46 Speaker 4: I went invent you today because I stayed up very late last night. 00:06:49 Speaker 3: Oh, nothing makes me happy than what all of us are having. 00:06:53 Speaker 2: Yeah, the bean, it's going to be a charge day. 00:06:57 Speaker 3: That's so good. 00:06:57 Speaker 5: What we're trying to figure out my new bean though home? 00:07:00 Speaker 3: What do you mean? 00:07:01 Speaker 5: You mean the roast what I'm gonna drink every morning because I like to make it at home. I don't like to go anywhere. I just like to do it at home before we come into work. And uh, I've been using like a cold brew that I mix with my almond milk, and I'm it's fine for now, but I think I want to get a machine. 00:07:23 Speaker 3: This is my actual process, that's my meat grinding the beans. 00:07:32 Speaker 5: But you drink coffee, Yes, I do coffee, cups of it. I like espresso. 00:07:40 Speaker 3: It's the same thing. 00:07:42 Speaker 4: No, it's not. 00:07:43 Speaker 5: Yes, coffee is drip drip from beans. It's just like it's like more watery. Espresso is like a small shot of espresso. 00:07:52 Speaker 4: Doesn't they come from a bean? 00:07:54 Speaker 5: Yeah? 00:07:57 Speaker 3: What's that bean called coffee? 00:08:00 Speaker 1: No? 00:08:00 Speaker 3: But actually maybe right, the espresso bean is a little more intent toasty. 00:08:05 Speaker 4: Yeah. 00:08:05 Speaker 3: I make my coffee like espresso, So I drink an espresso coffee essentially. Oh interesting, Yeah, maybe that's something should try. Maybe Okay, Well, no bad ideas. 00:08:14 Speaker 5: No about no judgment, Remember, no judgment just understanding here. 00:08:17 Speaker 3: Okay, Well, anyway, Ryan's roses this morning. So she went on a weekend girls trip. Now she comes back and she find a hair what's that thing you put on your wrist? 00:08:26 Speaker 4: Hairtie? 00:08:27 Speaker 3: Hairtie? She found a hair tie in the couch hairtye in the game. 00:08:32 Speaker 4: That could be anybody's. 00:08:33 Speaker 3: We don't know that. Let's not friends. 00:08:36 Speaker 4: That could be anything, you know. 00:08:38 Speaker 3: Well, apparently she doesn't think that. Okay, So that's this morning seven forty. Let's get to a trending report. Early this morning, Tanya does. 00:08:47 Speaker 5: Time heal all? And that's what we're going to talk about. We're doing we're doing the Kylie Jenner and Jordan Woods outing. 00:08:55 Speaker 3: Time certainly for heels, but does it heal all? So what happened to tell us? 00:09:00 Speaker 5: The internet was buzzing after Kylie Jenner and Jordan Woods they were spotted out at a sushi dinner together. It was the first time that the two have been seen together publicly in more than four years. So in case you don't remember, I'm sure you do. But in February of twenty nineteen, it was reported that Tristan Thompson, who was with Chloe Kardashian at the time had cheated on her with Jordan at a house party. Do you remember this. She gave him a lap dance and everybody thought that they had slept together, but Jordan said that they had just kissed. So this feud was majorly public and pretty nasty. The Kardashians and the Jenners completely just out it, or you know, they dropped Jordan and Chloe. Since this outing, she posted some cryptic quotes on Instagram, like she usually does, Chloe always posts kind of these like cryptic quotes on her Instagram, but this one she was very interesting. She said, it is easy to judge, it's more difficult to understand. Through judging, we separate, Through understand we grow. And so I'm just curious if this is just a big healing moment for everyone because now we know. I think back then in twenty nineteen, we didn't know if Tristan and Chloe were going to you know, they were trying to work things out, and I feel like, now we know that Tristan and Chloe are done, they are not going to get back together. And you know, Jordan was really young at the time, and she was drunk and she made a mistake and I'm wondering if now they are all kind of healing and moving forward. 00:10:32 Speaker 3: It sounds that way based on the fact that we know that Jordan and Kylie had the sushi together, and then Chloe said that he talks about moving away from judgment and focusing on understanding, which equals growing. Yeah, it sounds like this has been a moment where they're healed and Kylie. 00:10:47 Speaker 5: I that could be wrong on this, but Kylie and Jordan were not at like no Boom Alibu or people get photographed all the time. They were in like some strip mall sushi place. 00:10:55 Speaker 3: So I'm like, did they post any of this? 00:10:57 Speaker 5: They didn't post it, but I'm like, maybe somebody I think. 00:11:00 Speaker 2: They were at the sushi park. 00:11:03 Speaker 4: Yes, that's what I thought. That's a very popular sush she plays. 00:11:06 Speaker 5: Still what is the just like yes, yes, okay, because in my mind, I'm like, they called it's right and. 00:11:13 Speaker 3: Very it's very celebrities go there. Okay, it's a sceny spot, but apparently it's great. It's in the top floor of a stirting all. You're right, I do like what I always love what Chloe does. Yeah, I always love Chloe's moves right subtle enigmatic as you say, and her what she says in what you just recited is such a It's such a great thing to do and believe very difficult to execute. 00:11:43 Speaker 5: Yeah, and I just think, like I feel I feel for them because I think they probably I mean, they have friends, but I feel like when you're at that level of fame, it's hard to make new friends. And I feel like losing somebody that was so close to you is probably really hard for Kylie. 00:12:00 Speaker 3: Okay, well, I think we shall take the lesson that Chloe sent out to heart. 00:12:05 Speaker 5: Yeah. 00:12:06 Speaker 3: Now, as you wake up today and you think about your plans for tomorrow and the weekend, I hear you you are asking yourself, what do I do with the other half of the avocado so it stays good? So there was an experiment done five different ways. Oh, I'm gonna tell you which way works the best. Save that half of the avocado to keep it the freshest. And I always battle this too. I don't know what I love A half eat, I eat it. I will take a hal alvocut on you with the spoon like an ice c Yes, so cut a side down a bowl of water. They tried that in a sealed container with a cut onion. Try that problems It tastes like an onion. 00:12:53 Speaker 5: No I do that? 00:12:54 Speaker 3: You do in a sealed container. Brush with olive oil in a sealed container, brush with lemon juice, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap. What do you think the best way of that list? 00:13:04 Speaker 5: Lemon juice is smart? 00:13:05 Speaker 4: I do the plastic wrap. 00:13:06 Speaker 3: That's what won. 00:13:08 Speaker 1: That's one of one. 00:13:09 Speaker 3: That's one of the one. Now plastic okay, but that's what won. So the plastic wrap kept the avocado freshest, the longest. 00:13:17 Speaker 4: It keeps it air tight. 00:13:19 Speaker 3: Now today's quote. Now you know that today's quote. Sometimes growth requires new company, new locations, and a new mindset. That's fascinating to think about, the whole new backdrop, atmosphere, new people, new mindset, everything to get to the growth. Morning guys, Thursday, let's get it done. Just FM headlines with siciny. 00:13:42 Speaker 4: You know, speaking of the Lakers. 00:13:44 Speaker 2: Actually, the powerball winning ticket last night, so the one billion dollar powerball jackpot was sold in downtown La Now. According to the California Lottery's website, the ticket was sold at Las Balanita's Mini Market, located at twelve oh five Wall Street, and I say, I bring up the Lakers because the powerball was number twenty four and number twenty four was also in the five numbers, So I don't know. 00:14:10 Speaker 4: Just leave to me. 00:14:11 Speaker 2: I say, Lakers all the way. This is the seventh highest jackpot in US history and the third largest for Powerball. 00:14:18 Speaker 3: Now. 00:14:18 Speaker 2: The plan to build a high speed train that will connect Las Vegas with southern California took another important step this month. 00:14:26 Speaker 4: The Federal Rail Authority completed its. 00:14:28 Speaker 2: Environmental review for a portion of the project and found no significant impact along one of the critical sections of the proposed track, so that means the project could begin as soon as this year and could be completed by twenty twenty seven. The Los Angeles City Controller's office is looking into trees that were trimmed recently outside of Universal Studios where zag AFTRA and WGA union members continued to strike. Now those trees provided much needed shade for picketers amid this heat wave, and surprisingly it is a little shady about how they were cut down. 00:15:05 Speaker 3: On air with a Ryan Seacrest, Steph Curry is moments out and then we will get to Ryan's roses. So yeah, she goes away and she comes back and she found a hair tie in the couch. And y'all say, could be anybody's hair tie. 00:15:23 Speaker 2: Yeah, that the couch doesn't really bother me. If it was in the bedroom, then we have a smoking gun. But I feel like the couches could be you know, she's in North Hollway. 00:15:33 Speaker 3: She said she found a hair tie in the cushions of the couch. That is almost a. 00:15:37 Speaker 4: Free for all. 00:15:38 Speaker 5: But not if they don't have people over. 00:15:39 Speaker 4: Maybe we need to get some more facts. 00:15:42 Speaker 3: Okay, well we're gonna do that in just a few minutes. Jojo on the radio. 00:15:44 Speaker 7: Hey, Hey, what's happening. 00:15:46 Speaker 3: How are you? Brother? 00:15:47 Speaker 7: It is early man, this is serious business. 00:15:50 Speaker 3: You know what it's like though. I mean, you've sat with Sistanin Tanya before when I've been away, and to have the blessing of wisdom from these two different personalities and perspectives every morning as a dude, it's like it's kind of the greatest thing ever a year after year. You know what I mean. It's free, It's free, God, it's free life coaching? 00:16:12 Speaker 7: What what? What? 00:16:13 Speaker 3: What? 00:16:13 Speaker 1: Uh? 00:16:14 Speaker 7: You know? Little drops of wisdom have they given you this morning? 00:16:16 Speaker 3: Well, Tanya, Sanya told me well, she didn't tell us, but Tanya reported that her birthday was this week, as you know, and her boyfriend Robbie, in the middle of the night taped thirty six quotes and notions about why he loves her on the wall from the stairs, like from upstairs to the downstairs. And then I suggest to Sistney that I either suck or I am very clever, because I would never even think about doing something like that. Are you pretty spectacular? 00:16:42 Speaker 7: You know what? 00:16:43 Speaker 8: I need to get better at that. I think I'm getting better at that. But thirty man, okay, so what is he? Okay, here's the problem though, you know, is he thinking long term? 00:16:51 Speaker 7: Cut? What does he do next year? 00:16:52 Speaker 2: See, that's what I was saying. 00:16:55 Speaker 5: And then. 00:16:57 Speaker 4: To give him again. 00:17:00 Speaker 5: He kind of did this last year. He wrote it on like a wasn't exactly the number, but he wrote it on a bunch of little butterflies. He wrote all these different things and from last year of them, well, no. 00:17:10 Speaker 3: Yeah, put thirty seven up next year. It's a whole new I mean, but. 00:17:17 Speaker 5: You know they're different. 00:17:18 Speaker 4: They're different. 00:17:19 Speaker 3: That's funny, Like the brain of Jojo and ours went to wait, but how do you top that? That's the problem. 00:17:24 Speaker 7: That's what I was saying. 00:17:25 Speaker 8: But is it is it as simple as adding Maybe maybe he's got the right point, because maybe next. 00:17:29 Speaker 7: Year he just all he has to do is add one. 00:17:31 Speaker 3: It's just one. 00:17:32 Speaker 7: Because maybe he's a genius. 00:17:36 Speaker 4: He should go back and read last year's time I will I have them. 00:17:38 Speaker 3: Actually, of course. 00:17:40 Speaker 7: They should have not you just went to you know, he just copied them. That's all he's doing. 00:17:44 Speaker 3: All right, Let's get to this very very exciting. We've been talking about this a couple days now. You got a big K pop announcement. You're jojo. What's happening? 00:17:50 Speaker 7: Yeah, well, we kkon is coming up. You know. 00:17:53 Speaker 8: It's August eighteenth through the twentieth, and kiss is going to be out there. I'm not sure if we've unveiled what we're doing exactly as far as our involvement yet, but it's pretty spectacular. But we'll get to that, you know, at some point. But if you're a K pop fan, this is gonna be the center of the universe for for a. 00:18:11 Speaker 7: Couple of days. 00:18:11 Speaker 8: Kkon goes all over the world, but this is kkon l A and I'm gonna be out there, uh so much Ryan that they've got. They're gonna put me up at a hotel. I'm basically living at KKON when it finally launches, and uh, basically there's and this is my first k KON. But to my understanding, the way it works, big convention in the day, you know, and uh, I'm going to assume there's a ton of merch. Of course, there's a lot of meat and greets during the day. Then every night there's a big you know performance and the performance of course at Crypto. Uh, I'm gonna drop a couple of names on you from a couple of groups. You might not know these names, maybe you will, but uh, when I say these names to K pop you know fans, these are massive names. AT's which at e z AT's is gonna be there, Stray Kids, which uh I've seen straight Kids, Massive group, a couple of guys from Monster Eggs, one of the guys from n c T which once again massive names, one of the guys from Shiny gonna be there. G Idol going to be there. That's a girl group. They're They're awesome. We'll playing one of the tracks right now. I mean, this is gonna be like I said, if you're a K pop state. My daughter is going nuts. 00:19:20 Speaker 7: She cannot wait. 00:19:21 Speaker 3: Ryan, you take Sophie. I mean you got to get a ticket there for Sophie. 00:19:24 Speaker 7: Oh yeah, she's a Sophie. 00:19:26 Speaker 8: My whole family's turned into a K pop family. They watch K dramas, you know, I mean we obviously you know about you know, uh, what's the big cape of the big K drama, but the one, Oh my god, squad game game game that is probably the biggest K drama that's you know, hit mass audience. But they watch that's that, It's it's our house is k pop central, So Sofi is going to be there at some point, but of all of all weekends, Sophie does it. 00:19:58 Speaker 7: She does a dance. She's she's a dance or you And that is. 00:20:01 Speaker 8: The weekend that they're putting in the new choreography for the upcoming songes No. 00:20:05 Speaker 4: So she's now. 00:20:06 Speaker 8: But I'm gonna try to get it out there at some point. But it's basically in a nutshell, this is the center of the K pop universe for a weekend. And couldn't be more excited. It's my first one. 00:20:15 Speaker 3: All right, Well, Joe's gonna be out there it's camping out, he said. So also, I take it in a show to win to go to Keikon. Awesome to see her. I know it's early today. Thank you for getting up on this one thing for you guys like the nine o'clock hour, but not not this one. Appreciate it. Talk share by big hugs by Yeah, I forgot that. Normally he's like nine twenty five when he comes in, not the seven ten. I'm going to bring him in now. Toldchi's coming on, friends say, he loo to Steph Curry, Steph, good morning, welcome. 00:20:48 Speaker 9: Thank you very much, appreciate having. 00:20:51 Speaker 3: Good to have you on, Steph. Just so you know, we are originating out of Laker territory here, so just just I mean message you want to send to tow Laker fans here in Los Angeles. It's I guess this would be the moment at the beginning. 00:21:07 Speaker 9: Well, they have the upper hand honestly right now because they beat us in the playoffs. But you know, we both we both had an early exit from the playoff run, so we were all on the same boat trying to come back next year. So I guess we're all in it together right now. 00:21:23 Speaker 3: Steph Curry point guard for the Golden State Warriors with us on the Hey, when you're friendly, like I read that you're friendly with for example, Lebron and other players, you're friendly and then you have to compete on the court. Is there a switch that's flipped? How do you compartmentalize that relationship? 00:21:41 Speaker 9: Honestly, that's pretty easy to do. Like, there's a lot of mutual respect for you know how hard it is to do what we do, and the four hundred and fifty guys that are in the NBA, there's a camaraderie and a brotherhood there. But you know, once once you get in season, the whole kind of tone changes a little bit. And definitely on a night to night matchup basis, when you get to the arena, we always joke there's no friends out there on that ninety four feet court, So it's easy to it's easy to flip that switch. And because we're all fighting for the same thing and nobody likes to lose. 00:22:17 Speaker 3: Steph Curry just accomplished something that you know, rocked social media and the people who actually saw it happen live. You just crushed this hole in one. Obviously you knew you were going to hit the hole in one. How did you do it? 00:22:33 Speaker 9: I wish, I wish I could say that. That's why I celebrated the way that I did, running a full sprint one hundred and fifty yards down the fair wages because you never expect a shot like that to go in. For everybody who's played golf before, you know how hard it is and there's a little luck involved, obviously, But like when I'm on the court, I expect to make every shot when you're on the golf course. That was a nice little surprise and I definitely celebrated like it. 00:22:59 Speaker 3: America Century Golf Championship winner. Let me play the audio of the moment here for everybody did not get a chance to see this. You can really play boy, it's just right at it if it gets there. 00:23:14 Speaker 1: How about that. 00:23:17 Speaker 10: He throws his gloves, he's off, he's well, hey, rog, I'll say it sticks. 00:23:28 Speaker 3: I think he pulled the right claw. Could you when you hit it, did you feel anything special or were you just as amazed as those guys were there? 00:23:40 Speaker 9: Well, when I hit it, like I'm in the video, I'm just staring at it because it looks like it's going right at the flag and like I said, you you hit it. It's got your attention, but you don't really expect it to go in. But when I heard the crowd go crazy, uh, And that's when I wanted to run down there as fast as possible, just to make sure it was real because it's such a it's such a wild moment, especially do it in a termin like that in front of that many people, and to get it on video like it was the best of all. 00:24:10 Speaker 3: World exactly, covered all Angley exactly. So Steph Curry's with Us Steph Curry Underrated is in select theaters, in streaming on Apple TV Plus tomorrow. It's a it's a bold title for something. And there's so many different interesting notions and emotions and aspects that are covered in all of this. But it is interesting to point out that there was a time that when you were starting out that you didn't you didn't carry the same kind of confidence or feel the way that we might think you would have always felt when you were starting out, when it came to critics and when it came to other people, how do you break through things like that? And I asked that even on a general level, for people who are overwhelmed in their own lives. I need to push through. 00:24:57 Speaker 9: No, I never said that's you know, partly why documentary. I think it is so relevant and relatable because it's an origin story of you know, where I started from, and I was, you know, an undersized, skinny, scrolly, smallest kid of my team. Uh, you know, God ask kind of how I got my start. So it developed a different superpower of just being able to run my own race and not have to judge myself against other people and where they were and what physical attributes or gifts that they had. Like I had to find what made me different, what made me unique, and really tap into that and to have to you know, do that early in life. It helped me, you know, deal with some failures and successes along the way. It allowed me to develop a work ethic that has has been a huge key to success. And that's not just a sports reference. That's something that I think is relatable to any walk of life. You know, Uh, truly having confidence and who you are created to be, having a circle around on you that you know is there to support you and and speak positivity enlightened to you. And then you know the patients are perseverance to to uh, you know, again, run your own race and understand what you have to offer to the world. 00:26:13 Speaker 3: Steph Curry with us. So you mentioned the incredible discipline that is part of you and part of your life. What undisciplined thing do you do that we may not know about. That kind of is like unstructured and fun. 00:26:30 Speaker 9: I mean just on a light note, like I have the worst sweet tooth and all the world, like I have to have candy on me at all times. I bite my nails, which you know, get some of my wife's nerves all the time. So I was telling me to stop. And I'm probably the the most I guess, unorganized guy in our house. Like even with my three kids, I'm the bessiest one other group. So amongst those three. 00:26:57 Speaker 3: Like I was wait, I was like, wait, Steph Curry and I do something the same one thing we bite our nails. That's great. It is just like just like yeah, we're all just like stuff. Hey, Steph, what kind of candy do you like the most? 00:27:16 Speaker 5: Uh? 00:27:16 Speaker 9: It's anything like fruity or sour, like you know, like the Jollie answer fruit shoes or sweet tart ropes or ours like, uh, yeah, I got a nice selection and I have. I have a nice stash or draw stashed with it at the house. So it's a problem. It's a problem. 00:27:37 Speaker 3: We'll be thinking about that when we watch all this Steph Curry underrated check it all out. Thanks for coming on, man and continued tremendous success. Appreciate you taking the time, Thank you for having me. Okay, take care by bye, Sweethearts rope is. 00:27:55 Speaker 9: The best. We could talk candy all day, man. 00:28:07 Speaker 3: I h Jolly Rancher watermelon. Jolly Rancher was one of the first candies I think ever tasted that I remember a kid. 00:28:15 Speaker 5: Yeah, isn't that what you used to use as like a breath Minton before you kiss a girl? 00:28:22 Speaker 3: Like your makeout candy every single conversation that's ever. 00:28:26 Speaker 5: Been had on I'm sorry, but that is something that sticks with you. 00:28:29 Speaker 4: That's what I thought you were gonna say. 00:28:32 Speaker 3: All right, I continued success there stuff except against Lakers. But appreciate you coming on one of two point seven Kiss FM. It's time for Ryan's roses right now, Dear Ryan and Siciny. I went to Orlando for a long weekend to see my college girlfriends. When I got home, I found a hair tie in the cushions of the couch. 00:29:00 Speaker 4: That could be anybody's smoking gun. No, it would be a smoking gun if it was in the bedroom. I think the couch, it could be anybody's If. 00:29:11 Speaker 3: You found hair ties in your couch. Do you wear hair ties? 00:29:14 Speaker 2: Yes, I do, I know that my certain color. My sister does, Michael's sister does. We have so many family members that do and come over all the time. But what if people don't come to your house that I mean, we'll find out. 00:29:30 Speaker 3: Sandra. Hello, good morning, Sandra, thanks for coming on in North Hollywood. So Sisney thinks it it's a hair tie, no big deal. Why is it a big deal to you? 00:29:42 Speaker 11: Because I don't have any hair ties because I have short hair, so I don't even own any hair ties. 00:29:52 Speaker 4: Do you have people that come over to the house frequently? 00:29:56 Speaker 11: No, So we were really busy with working. We recently moved to Culver City. So our friends aren't Our friends are like in Burbank, we don't. 00:30:10 Speaker 6: Yeah. 00:30:11 Speaker 3: Yeah, So your friends don't come over and they don't tie their hair, and you have short hair, and therefore a hair tie is strange and it is out of place. 00:30:21 Speaker 4: And your relationship is not great. 00:30:24 Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a good question. How's your relationship with your husband? 00:30:28 Speaker 11: Honestly, it's been really rough lately, part of being busy, but also we just have barely been able to connect and feel like I feel like we're kind of like roommates at this point. 00:30:46 Speaker 12: It doesn't help. 00:30:47 Speaker 11: I've been noticing when we're out in public, him staring at other women's bodies, and when I call him out on it, then we just end up getting into a huge fire. 00:31:00 Speaker 3: So let's get to it. We're in the middle of Ryan's roses. If you just got to us. By the way, if you need to go, keep us with you on your iHeartRadio app on your phone or your smart speaker. You do not have to leave us. Sandra is on the phone. Sandra has short hair. Why am I telling you that it's important? Because she found a hair tie in the cushions of her couch. She found it when she was back from a weekend away with her girlfriends. And they don't have people over. They don't have friends over that have hair that they tie. They don't, And so she told. 00:31:33 Speaker 1: Us true true, correct, Yeah, yeah, I can. 00:31:38 Speaker 3: So That's what I'm trying to say. Is the reason she's alarmed to buy hair tie is that it shouldn't be there, right, and she was away, So who did her husband have over with a hairtie that was left? And it's very likely had somebody else over because the relationship's a little not great anyway. 00:31:53 Speaker 4: That also could have been there for years. That's my take on me these years. There's stuff under couches for years. 00:32:00 Speaker 3: Wash your couch and straighten them up. 00:32:03 Speaker 4: I do, but some people don't like. 00:32:05 Speaker 3: When I straightened my cushion the couch, I would feel a haircut. 00:32:09 Speaker 11: I definitely straightened my cushions, right. 00:32:12 Speaker 3: Okay, So I need you to say Ryan, you my permission to call, and then your husband's name on Kiss FM. 00:32:19 Speaker 11: Go ahead, all right, so you have my permission to call. 00:32:24 Speaker 3: On all right, be very quiet. Here we go. We're gonna call him. Let's see we can find out. 00:32:28 Speaker 13: Okay, okay, Hello, Hi, May I speak to Glenn? 00:32:44 Speaker 5: Please? 00:32:46 Speaker 12: Yes, this is time. 00:32:47 Speaker 4: Hi Glenn. 00:32:47 Speaker 2: My name is Jessenya. I would love to my wife, Sandy. 00:33:38 Speaker 2: Okay, Sandy. And what would you like to put on the card? 00:33:45 Speaker 12: Yeah? Just put Forever yours? Glenn. 00:33:51 Speaker 3: Okay, Glenn, your voice is being broadcast on the radio. I need you to know that I have your wife, Sandra Sandy on the phone here, and we need to know what was going on while she was away in Orlando to see her college girlfriends. Can you share with us what you might think she might want to know. 00:34:11 Speaker 9: Who is this? 00:34:12 Speaker 3: My name is Ryan. Your voice being broadcast on the radio with us, and I would like for you choose. Your wife is here, So what do you think she would like to know about while she was away? 00:34:27 Speaker 4: At it's time to come clean, Glenn, what do you think she likes? 00:34:33 Speaker 3: Well, did you have any Did you have any did you have any guests over while she was away? 00:34:39 Speaker 9: Yes? 00:34:40 Speaker 6: No? 00:34:40 Speaker 12: What I had my buddy Scotch. What are you talking about? 00:34:45 Speaker 3: So Sandra feel free? She found a hair tie in the cushions of the couch that belongs to somebody else. It's not your wife's. Whose is it. 00:34:55 Speaker 12: A hair tie? 00:34:57 Speaker 3: Yes, sir, yes, sir? 00:34:59 Speaker 12: Yeah tie right? Yeah? 00:35:01 Speaker 3: Okay, So who's is it? Glenn? 00:35:04 Speaker 12: Yeah? Whose is it? You here? Is this a joke? No, this is not a joke. 00:35:11 Speaker 11: So when I came home from Orlando, I was unpacking my luggage and I found this turquoise hair tie in the couch and you know that's not mine? 00:35:23 Speaker 9: Who is it? 00:35:26 Speaker 12: Yeah? A hair tye sanity, the hairty What. 00:35:35 Speaker 4: Why is it so funny? 00:35:38 Speaker 12: Well, you're talking about the one for the dog for Roxy, Roxy hair tie for Roxy. 00:35:45 Speaker 3: No, we're not talking about your dog's hair tie. 00:35:48 Speaker 4: Well you actually, I don't think so I have similar hair How. 00:35:53 Speaker 11: Did how did how did Roxy have a hair tie. That doesn't make any sense. 00:35:57 Speaker 12: What Yeah, well, hold on, hold on. I took her to the groomer, just like you said, okay. 00:36:07 Speaker 3: Kind of what kind of dog is Roxy? Is Roxy have hair, comic. 00:36:15 Speaker 11: Hair hair, but our groomer doesn't normally put hair ties in. 00:36:23 Speaker 12: Yes, no, totally. I took her. Yes, I took her to our regular gloomer. They were booked, so I just took it to a different one. They put the things in her fur and it was cute, but she hated him, so I took him out. Maybe maybe she got him out and uh, I don't know, buried him from the couch. 00:36:44 Speaker 5: They do do that. 00:36:47 Speaker 3: I would do fire. You find out the name of this groomer where Glenn took your dog, called him, find out about that appointment. Was he there with your dog? Did they do this? 00:36:56 Speaker 4: Bring the hair? 00:36:57 Speaker 12: Please be my guest, please perfect? 00:37:02 Speaker 7: All right. 00:37:03 Speaker 3: I'm glad you get in the chuckle out of this, Glenn, And you know, just so you know we're here because you there's a little bit of uh, there's some layers to your relationship that you guy shoul probably communicate about. 00:37:16 Speaker 11: Yeah, I mean, Glenn, don't you think it's weird that I would even suspect that you had somebody over in the first place. 00:37:23 Speaker 12: I mean, do you want to do this here now? I mean, yeah, we've had a bad time, but we can. We're going to get through this, Yeah, we can. 00:37:36 Speaker 11: Are you going to be willing to talk? 00:37:38 Speaker 12: Of course? Please look just about yeah? Please look, I'm just about to go on a four h five. I'll come there, I'll meet you, we'll talk. 00:37:51 Speaker 3: All right, We'll let you guys go drive safely, please, Glenn sat thanks for coming on. Luck I help you guys get to where you need to get as a couple. Thank you very. 00:38:00 Speaker 9: Much, thank you. 00:38:02 Speaker 3: Okay, okay, net net net net Right, Sandra Fallien's their hair tie and the couch after she's been away for a few days, she got short hair. They don't have people over. Hair tie shouldn't be there, Glenn says, Oh, starts laughing, which I think is guilt. Starts chuckling about it all. I think he's guilty because he's laughing. No, no, no, no, it's the dog's hair tie. Well wait a minute, what Yeah, I didn't go to our normal groomer. I went to a different groomer this time while you were away and they put hair ties on the dog, and the dog didn't like the hairtie, and now the hairtie was in the couch. I just don't believe him. 00:38:37 Speaker 2: I do because this my dog hates the hair tie. The only thing that maybe doesn't check out is that when the hairtie comes off of Dakota's fur, some of her fur is still kind of attached to it, and you can tell, you know, it's all kind of rolled up in a ball, so it doesn't really look like a clean hairtie like hours kind of does. 00:39:00 Speaker 3: But I just think the laughter for me, the laughter. 00:39:05 Speaker 5: But people laugh when they're uncomfortable too. 00:39:09 Speaker 3: Okay, what does it mean to laugh like a maniac? I'm looking it up. 00:39:14 Speaker 4: Well, he wasn't a maniac, gosh, I think he was. He was just like a goofy guy. 00:39:19 Speaker 3: That's the first thing that came up in the search of laughing. 00:39:24 Speaker 4: What does it mean to laugh? Goofy? 00:39:26 Speaker 3: Is laughing a sign of lying? There you go? Yeah, it is okay, checks out. Okay, there's too many, too many searches. At least take Ashley. Yeah, Ashley says palm Dale, Ashley, good morning you or Ryan's roses, What do you think is Glenn lyon, No, I don't think. 00:39:49 Speaker 14: He's lying, But I mean this is like a perfect example of why Ryan's roses should be the last resort. 00:39:58 Speaker 3: I agree, Well, what do you think these two should. 00:40:01 Speaker 14: Well, all she had to do was ask about the hairtie and this whole thing would have been eliminated. But like, I totally can see like this, you know situation. It honestly sounds just like my husband and I. There was no communication, There was like no affection or love towards the end. And I mean they're like, honestly, it's an emergency. They need to go on a trip and really rekindle that love. It's something they have to make a priority. 00:40:29 Speaker 3: All right, Well we can agree to disagree on this. I'm just not one hundred percent sold on Glenn's laugh not being some sort of guilt. 00:40:37 Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, back in the day, Ryan used to have almost an unwritten rule of this needs to be your last resort, and you would really specify that. 00:40:46 Speaker 3: I feel, well, I wrote that rule down. 00:40:48 Speaker 4: Yeah, I don't know. I think he wrote it down our people. I say unwritten because I don't know that. 00:40:52 Speaker 3: Yeah, we really someone else knew that. We really stressed that maybe we should re emphasize that. 00:40:56 Speaker 2: Yeah, I remember you always stressing that like they have used this last resort. 00:41:00 Speaker 4: You've either confronted them already. 00:41:01 Speaker 3: Or we don't know what to tell people that anymore. 00:41:03 Speaker 4: Do uh huh? 00:41:04 Speaker 3: Why no, we forget let's say it now. This needs to be a last resort, y'all. Try everything else, then reach out there, don't take come us first exactly. That's the issue. I wasn't quite sure what I would think about. They announced, I guess a long time ago. I feel like they announced they're going to do this Golden Bachelor right during. 00:41:28 Speaker 5: The pandemic, because we've been asking for a long time. 00:41:31 Speaker 3: We the fans of the Bachelor Bachelor Nation. 00:41:34 Speaker 2: Yeah, if you remember back in twenty twenty, they were running the promos like if you're experiencing your golden years, we're doing Yeah. 00:41:42 Speaker 3: And then they finally found this guy, Gary, the restauranteur, who's the first Golden Bachelor. What do we know about him? And when is this going on the air? 00:41:51 Speaker 2: Okay, so Gary is seventy one years old, looks good, look incredible. 00:41:58 Speaker 3: I keep highlights. 00:42:00 Speaker 4: Can dare I say he's hot? 00:42:01 Speaker 1: Like? I think he's a. 00:42:03 Speaker 4: Hot seventy one year old. Okay, his story is so cute. 00:42:07 Speaker 2: He married his high school sweetheart Tony back in nineteen seventy four. The two of them lived a very full and happy life. They ended up having two daughters, Angie and Jenny, and then later two granddaughters. So girl hashtag girl dad all the way, right. But then forty three years later, Tony fell ill and she ended up dying in twenty seventeen. 00:42:28 Speaker 4: This was just six weeks after she retired. 00:42:30 Speaker 2: So he says she was truly robbed of not life, but like that experience of being retired and then joined that you know, retirement feeling. And so he says like he had her picture, He has her picture in his closet and he nods to her every single day still and all that stuff. Right, six years later, now with the blessing of his daughters, he is going to be the Golden Bachelor. They were the ones that actually encouraged him to go on the show, and he says that he's ready now at six years later, to find love. And this spinoff is I think exactly what we all need right now in this world. 00:43:06 Speaker 3: I agree. I like it. I mean, the story is very touching obviously, the family members encouraging him. He wants to have companionship for the next chapter of his life. What's going on with the guy's hair? What's going on with his hair? He's got hair, but he doesn't have gray hairs. He got highlights. 00:43:24 Speaker 4: I think he's got some grayes. 00:43:25 Speaker 5: It's like on the sound sides, he probably does something, probably does something to it. 00:43:29 Speaker 3: So what do you think about that? 00:43:32 Speaker 2: Kind of probably gave him a great little makeover before these photos. 00:43:36 Speaker 3: He's very tan. I mean, the guy looks fifty. He's very tan. He's got blonde highlights, blonde hair. 00:43:41 Speaker 5: What do you think about that? 00:43:43 Speaker 4: I think it's gray? 00:43:44 Speaker 5: You do on the sides? 00:43:47 Speaker 6: I know? 00:43:47 Speaker 3: You mean no, I think that's that's blonde, Like look at the sides of mine. Look look for. 00:43:53 Speaker 2: All we know, he got the full Hollywood makeover treatment before the Bachelor, you know what I mean? They probably want the sad them down and like give them a full makeover before all these pictures. 00:44:05 Speaker 3: Are they going to do the same format, Like he's gonna, yeah, get into the suite and all the stuff. 00:44:10 Speaker 4: I don't know. I'm just like so intrigued it's going to premiere this fall on ABC. 00:44:13 Speaker 3: And Tonya as a Bachelor fan, what's going to be the strangest part about this one considering the format? 00:44:20 Speaker 5: Well, I don't think it's going to be strange. I think it's going to be what we've been wanting. I think that everybody is so over the Bachelor right now because none of the relationships last, and everybody's been saying they're too young, they're too young. 00:44:33 Speaker 3: Because they're right, right, right, And so I. 00:44:35 Speaker 5: Think it's going to be really refreshing to see people who are older know more about themselves, what they have to offer. And I think it's just going to be an interesting take. There's gonna be less I'm hoping there's less drama and it's more wholesome and like true. 00:44:50 Speaker 4: And I also wonder what the cutoff for the ages though too. They're probably gonna throw young no for this the Golden Bachelor, right. 00:44:58 Speaker 3: But probably when it comes to the women that put everybody in there, right, what do you think? 00:45:02 Speaker 5: I don't know? 00:45:02 Speaker 3: Or are they gonna do seventy one as well? 00:45:04 Speaker 6: No? 00:45:05 Speaker 5: I'm sure yes, some people, some women somewhere that it's sixty five plus. 00:45:09 Speaker 4: Okay, it's gonna be great it's gonna be so. 00:45:11 Speaker 3: It's gonna be great. 00:45:12 Speaker 5: Actually, yeah, there's a good one. 00:45:14 Speaker 3: I know, Uh fantasy sweet, they're gonna do that. 00:45:19 Speaker 5: Also, can we talk about your outfit today? 00:45:22 Speaker 4: I know we have not discussed your Houcci Daddy shorts. 00:45:24 Speaker 5: Oh, TD needs to be posted immediately. 00:45:28 Speaker 4: Every time you get up to go to the printer, it's like, WHOA. 00:45:30 Speaker 13: What's up daddy? 00:45:33 Speaker 9: Hot? 00:45:35 Speaker 3: Hot you guys gotta be careful of this heat.
