When people hear street takeovers, they think 0:16:42.400 --> 0:16:45.440 about the movie Fast and Furious, They think about donuts, 0:16:45.440 --> 0:16:48.560 They think about teenagers having a good time. What they 0:16:48.600 --> 0:16:51.480 don't know is that frequently pedestrians get hit. 0:16:52.160 --> 0:16:54.240 Frequently, after the street. 0:16:53.960 --> 0:16:57.480 Takeover is completed, they go loot an auto zone, or 0:16:57.520 --> 0:17:00.680 they go loot a liquor store or some strip mall 0:17:00.840 --> 0:17:05.280 gets obliterated by the crowd that's there. They overwhelm the cops, 0:17:05.480 --> 0:17:08.840 So the cops frequently don't even show up until the 0:17:08.840 --> 0:17:12.399 street takeover is over, because there's no point.
