WEBVTT - Ted Lasso S4

0:00:00.090 --> 0:00:03.780
<v Speaker 1>Welcome, this is Now Streaming with Jordan. Welcome to Second

0:00:03.800 --> 0:00:09.010
<v Speaker 1>Division Women's Football. I've never coached women before. Are you

0:00:09.110 --> 0:00:12.350
<v Speaker 1>all decent? Yes! Okay. Okay. Fans of Ted Lasso will

0:00:12.530 --> 0:00:15.710
<v Speaker 1>absolutely love the new season. And quite frankly, I'm surprised

0:00:15.750 --> 0:00:18.920
<v Speaker 1>at how entertaining it is. Several years after the original

0:00:18.980 --> 0:00:21.900
<v Speaker 1>series ended, the Fish Out of Water story continues as

0:00:21.980 --> 0:00:25.540
<v Speaker 1>Ted Lasso, an American football coach from the Midwest, is

0:00:25.700 --> 0:00:28.040
<v Speaker 1>lured back to England to now take over the range

0:00:28.080 --> 0:00:30.640
<v Speaker 1>as the head coach of a women's soccer team. There

0:00:30.680 --> 0:00:33.629
<v Speaker 1>are many returning characters, all of them terrific, with some

0:00:33.710 --> 0:00:36.830
<v Speaker 1>new additions. That of an assistant female coach, icy cold

0:00:36.870 --> 0:00:39.940
<v Speaker 1>at the start, until Ted Lasso warms her up. There

0:00:39.990 --> 0:00:42.540
<v Speaker 1>is a lot of edgy humor, new relationships forming and

0:00:42.580 --> 0:00:46.300
<v Speaker 1>breaking up, but Sudeikis' character, in my estimation, remains consistent,

0:00:46.320 --> 0:00:48.559
<v Speaker 1>giving the show its backbone and charm. It's not about

0:00:48.580 --> 0:00:50.460
<v Speaker 1>winning the games on the field, as much as it

0:00:50.580 --> 0:00:53.020
<v Speaker 1>is about people learning to get along. A lot of

0:00:53.040 --> 0:00:56.830
<v Speaker 1>laughs along the way. Ted Lasso, Season 4, on Apple TV.

0:00:57.050 --> 0:00:59.910
<v Speaker 1>And that's now streaming with Jordan WBZ, Boston's News Radio.
