But because the qualifications were what they were, 0:06:16.760 --> 0:06:20.760 because there were standards, a large percentage of the white 0:06:20.880 --> 0:06:25.840 Europeans in Rhodesia could vote and a very small percentage 0:06:25.880 --> 0:06:30.680 of the Black Africans could vote.
