Now, 0:10:23.295 --> 0:10:27.895 in many cases clients or homeowners get their builder, their 0:10:28.015 --> 0:10:30.815 main contractor to do the work because they're familiar with it, 0:10:31.495 --> 0:10:35.415 or it happens within the sort of administration of the business, right, 0:10:36.855 --> 0:10:40.375 So I think what might happen is that you will 0:10:40.455 --> 0:10:45.335 book a final inspection. The inspector will come out. You know, 0:10:45.415 --> 0:10:46.775 I know that there's a lot of talk at the 0:10:46.775 --> 0:10:50.855 moment about from building inspectors as in council building inspectors 0:10:50.895 --> 0:10:55.215 going look, this is the failure rate for inspections. To 0:10:55.375 --> 0:10:59.775 be fair, I've never expected, and this might not sound 0:10:59.855 --> 0:11:03.895 that great, I've never really expected to pass a final 0:11:04.015 --> 0:11:09.615 inspection on the first run. Right, Typically there'll always be 0:11:09.815 --> 0:11:12.775 something that the inspector picks up, whether it's a vacuum 0:11:12.815 --> 0:11:16.575 breaker on an outside tap, or a bit of missing 0:11:16.735 --> 0:11:20.495 selant around a corner of a vanity that the tiler 0:11:20.575 --> 0:11:22.895 missed out, or something like that. So as long as 0:11:22.935 --> 0:11:26.815 they're relatively minor, it's not that unexpected, in which case 0:11:27.215 --> 0:11:30.615 your book of final inspection you'll be there.
