What happened was they killed the parents, but 0:04:45.384 --> 0:04:47.864 they didn't immediately know that they were the killers, so 0:04:48.464 --> 0:04:51.904 they spent around two months of just living this really 0:04:52.064 --> 0:04:55.904 glamorous life. So their dad was quite wealthy. It's predicted 0:04:55.904 --> 0:04:59.224 that they spent seven hundred thousand dollars in two months 0:04:59.464 --> 0:05:02.024 wow before they were caught. As like the killers of 0:05:02.064 --> 0:05:05.304 their parents. They were trialed separately and then it was 0:05:05.304 --> 0:05:07.264 a hung jury, and then they were trialed together and 0:05:07.304 --> 0:05:10.064 they were convicted for first degree murder. And they did 0:05:10.104 --> 0:05:14.384 say that they were abused by their father and neglected 0:05:14.384 --> 0:05:16.824 by their mother, but that was dismissed in court, so 0:05:16.824 --> 0:05:20.824 they're now facing a life sentence in prison. Yeah, like they made it very salacious, 0:05:36.504 --> 0:05:38.864 like the boys are always in like speedos and are 0:05:38.904 --> 0:05:42.264 like looking really hot. Forgetting that not only is this 0:05:42.344 --> 0:05:45.744 like a murdercine, but also it involved trauma from both 0:05:45.744 --> 0:05:48.384 of these boys who experience this from their parents, and 0:05:48.584 --> 0:05:52.304 people are completely ignoring that. Eric put out a statement 0:05:52.544 --> 0:05:56.664 through his wife's Twitter account kind of calling out Netflix 0:05:56.784 --> 0:06:00.304 and Ryan Murphy. It's a massive statement.
