And there was this incredible survey done by 0:06:20.160 --> 0:06:22.880 Monash University a couple of years ago found something that 0:06:22.960 --> 0:06:25.919 was a huge number. The vast majority of teachers actually 0:06:26.040 --> 0:06:29.560 found believed that they were not valued by the community. Now, 0:06:29.839 --> 0:06:32.440 if you have people who are actually in that profession 0:06:32.480 --> 0:06:35.360 who think we are not being valued and are still there. 0:06:35.640 --> 0:06:39.600 Imagine what everyone else thinks. So it is being turned around, 0:06:53.440 --> 0:06:57.960 but with really really small universities like the University of Tasmania, 0:06:58.040 --> 0:06:59.960 where you need a lot of atars to get in 0:07:00.120 --> 0:07:02.760 it across the board. Because it's a much smaller university, 0:07:02.800 --> 0:07:05.479 you don't have that many people clamoring to get into it. 0:07:05.480 --> 0:07:08.040 It's a long way away obviously from the mainland.
