Apparently the billion dollars plus 0:08:44.800 --> 0:08:47.959 they already get every year isn't enough, and this call 0:08:48.040 --> 0:08:52.320 for more money came after their chief financial officer admitted 0:08:52.400 --> 0:08:56.520 during Senate estimates that the ABC had spent over eight 0:08:56.600 --> 0:09:00.600 hundred thousand dollars down on a rebrand. I didn't even 0:09:00.640 --> 0:09:04.400 notice it. It's obviously not a particularly spectacular rebrand. Some 0:09:04.440 --> 0:09:08.880 would argue it's entirely unnecessary. They seem to exist in 0:09:08.920 --> 0:09:11.360 a parallel universe to the rest of the media that 0:09:11.440 --> 0:09:14.520 has to have had to tighten its belt find more 0:09:14.520 --> 0:09:17.400 efficient ways of doing things. You know, 0:09:46.559 --> 0:09:49.800 they do, in least in my experience, try to reflect 0:09:49.800 --> 0:09:52.320 the views of those that listen to their program. According to CNN exit polling, 0:12:08.200 --> 0:12:12.160 support for Trump among first time voters is up twenty 0:12:12.240 --> 0:12:16.160 four percent compared to twenty twenty. The Latino vote is 0:12:16.240 --> 0:12:22.280 up significantly, up fourteen percent. Trump's also getting more Americans 0:12:22.360 --> 0:12:27.600 age eighteen to twenty nine, veterans men dan His support 0:12:27.760 --> 0:12:31.800 base is broad and the mandate is emphatic. 0:12:34.760 --> 0:12:37.760 That's right, This is a huge victory, I think more 0:12:37.800 --> 0:12:41.440 significant than twenty sixteen in many ways for the reasons 0:12:41.480 --> 0:12:45.800 that you've just outlined. If Trump is able to keep going, 0:12:45.840 --> 0:12:48.240 and if he's able to run an effective government that 0:12:48.320 --> 0:12:51.840 can deliver on the policies that he committed, this could 0:12:51.920 --> 0:12:56.040 very well set up a multi election opportunity for the Republicans. 0:12:56.360 --> 0:12:58.840 They've got jd.
